The current website for payments and the automated payment service will be deactivated on June 1, 2026. Customers will no longer be able to use either service for payments.

Please call 865-684-2224 or 423-434-0800 to learn more about PayNearMe. Also be looking for text messages from PayNearMe for direct links to your account for payment. You will find the direct link is much friendlier to use and offers more payment options such as CashApp, Venmo, and many others.
